Landmark Creamery s signature fresh, whey cream butter. Whey cream is a byproduct of cheesemaking, where all the whey is run through a separator to pull out any remaining fat. The resulting cream has a rich butter flavor with a very pleasant, milk cheesy flavor. Our Farmhouse butter is churned in small batches and shaped by hand. Our whey cream comes from Chalet Co-operative, a farmer owned cooperative, and the only remaining Limburger factory in the USA!
